When can I start using the new webmail?

We're moving users from the old webmail service to the new service in batches over Summer 2008. Don't worry if you're not migrated straight away, there will be a period when some users temporarily remain on the old service.

Rest assured, everyone will get migrated to the new service and will then be able to enjoy the benefits of this powerful email client.

When will the new webmail be available?

We are migrating customers to our new webmail throughout Summer 2008.

How will I know if I have been changed over?

Once migrated you'll be automatically redirected to the new webmail service when you log in.

What will the new webmail look like?

Our new webmail service has a lot more features and so looks quite different to our current webmail.

What are the new features?

The new webmail has more features than our previous mail service.

New Features include -

Upgraded Storage - We now offer 200 times more storage space (1Gb compared to 5MB).

Calendar - track and schedule your appointments and meetings.

Improved Address Book - store contact details in personal address books.
